As part of the 2006-2011 Australian Apprenticeships Support Services Contracts, Australian Apprenticeships Centres are required to meet minimum benchmarks against a range of performance measures called Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Four of these measures are publicly reported below as ‘met’ or ‘not met’ against a benchmark. Results are published at the end of each six-monthly monitoring round (R1, R2 etc).
